A new system for the packing process using plastic materials has been incorporated in the premises of Ferraes Cerámica, s.a. by VIVES. This system doesn’t need natural gas, so it reduces the CO2 emissions.

The Consejería de Medio Ambiente, Agua, Urbanismo y Vivienda de la Comunidad Valenciana (public organization for environment, water, town planning and Housing in the Valencian comunity), gave to Vives the Integrated Environmental Licence last 15th of February. This licence was given for Vives ceramic tiles production premises affected by law 16/2002 of Contamination Prevention and Control integrated (Law IPPC).
