VIVES incorporate technical measures for noise reduction

Noise is the physical pollutant currently more extended, not only in the work places but also in the environment, since it is also present in our houses, streets and leisure areas.
VIVES incorporate technical measures for noise reduction

Being aware of this fact, VIVES has taken into consideration when designing its new premises at Ferraes Ceramica, S.A. (production of porcelain tiles plant), a range of technical measures addressed to noise reduction, not only in the work place but also outside the premises.

An example of this statement is the adoption of soundproofing measures in those machines which are considered the main noise emission focuses in the ceramic industry, such as the ball mills for glaze preparation or the tile presses. By using acoustic capsules for this machines, the noise emission has been considerably reduced inside the premises, achieving a more comfortable and healthier working place.

Another example for noise reduction is the location inside the premises of filters to purify the dust avoiding the emission of noise to the exterior. This kind of equipment use to be identified as one of the main acoustic emitters in the conventional ceramic premises.
